Job Description
The Project Control Officer (PCO) will support the Treasury Payment Solutions Program Management Office (PMO) in overseeing the delivery of strategic initiatives across payment platforms, liquidity management, and treasury operations. This role ensures projects are executed with strong governance, financial discipline, and compliance with banking standards, while enabling efficient execution of payment modernization and treasury transformation programs.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Oversight
Support PMO governance processes, including project initiation, approvals, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Maintain project documentation, charters, and status reports aligned with regulatory and audit requirements.
Financial Management
Track project budgets, forecasts, and actuals; highlight variances and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure financial transparency across treasury payment solution initiatives.
Planning & Reporting
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones in collaboration with Project Managers.
Consolidate reporting across multiple initiatives for senior management and steering committees.
Risk & Issue Management
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate appropriately to PMO leadership.
Support mitigation planning and ensure timely resolution of critical blockers.
Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with Treasury, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment of deliverables.
Facilitate communication between project teams and executive stakeholders.
Process & Tools
Utilize PMO tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint) to manage project artifacts and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes, templates, and controls.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years expierence as a PCO
Strong Excel/ MS office Skills
Strong soft skills, ability to work with others, organization, attention to detail
Fantastic communication skills / presentation skills
