Product Manager

The BMO Partners team is accountable for using strategic partnerships and investments to help accelerate our strategy and innovation and uniquely position BMO to Power Progress. As a core member of our team, you have a unique opportunity to help BMO achieve its strategy by defining and executing on product stratrgies to grow our North American payroll referral business.
As the Product Manager, Payroll Relationships you will:
Day to day :
· Drive the execution of product strategies to grow the Payroll Partnership relationships
· Work collaboratively with HQ, external partners and BMO sales teams to plan and coordinate the tactical execution of the product sales strategy including using scorecards, incentives, targets, training, sales tools, collateral, leads and marketing campaigns
· Work extensively with HQ colleagues from Corporate Support Areas including Marketing, Learning, and Sales Force Effectiveness to execute strategy
· Actively build strong relationships within the BMO sales teams, with a particular focus on Retail and Business Banking to identify barriers, execute the strategy, provide insights and manage escalations
· Build and manage day-to-day relationships with our Paychex and ADP payroll partenrships to understand problems and opportunities and develop solutions
· Undertake monitoring, reporting and analytics to track progress towards goals, strategy execution and effectiveness and to inform decisions
Effectively communicate your ideas to both BMO and partner colleagues

Must Haves :
Your credentials and experience include:
· Ambition and initiative, with a track record of driving results by working with the team
· Experience in areas like product management, marketing and sale support
· Get things done in BMO. Hands-on experience with driving results by executing product strategies working with sales, HQ stakeholders and external partners
· Collegial by nature, strong team-orientation and the confidence to build relationships and with sales, HQ teams and external partners and act as an effective influencer
· Comfortable working with data including collecting, organizing, and analyzing with a high attention to detail and accuracy
· An effective communicator using presentations, written, and verbal communications
