Job Description

BMO's Treasury Payment Solutions team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the product strategy, experience design, and roadmap execution for a large-scale Corporate Credit Card Management Transformation Program. This individual will operate at the intersection of business, product, operations, and technology to design and deliver modern card management capabilities that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and platform scalability.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Managers, Corporate Cards leaders, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Commercial Banking stakeholders to define future-state experiences, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of roadmap priorities. This role is highly visible and requires someone capable of influencing executive stakeholders while leading complex payments and card modernization initiatives. The role aligns with Treasury Payment Solutions product management and roadmap-driven delivery responsibilities found in internal TPS-related materials.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Corporate Card Management capabilities.
Translate business objectives into customer-centric product experiences and strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve servicing, onboarding, controls, reporting, spend management, and card administration.
Partner with executive stakeholders to prioritize investments and roadmap initiatives.

Product Design & Customer Experience

Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through implementation.
Create future-state user journeys, workflows, prototypes, and service blueprints.
Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand customer pain points and business requirements.
Champion human-centered design methodologies and best practices across the program.
Ensure solutions balance user needs, operational requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Program Delivery & Execution

Drive delivery of roadmap initiatives across business and technology teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Leads, Architects, and Engineering teams to bring solutions to market.
Manage backlog priorities and define clear success metrics.
Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and business outcomes.
Support change management, adoption, and go-to-market activities.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong partnerships with Corporate Cards, Treasury Payment Solutions, Commercial Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
Present recommendations, roadmap priorities, and product strategies to senior leadership.
Facilitate alignment across multiple business units and delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Experience

4+ years of experience in Product Design, Product Management, Product Strategy, or Digital Transformation.
Strong experience within:

Experience building product roadmaps and leading strategic transformation initiatives within large enterprises and in complex/large projects/products

Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional delivery programs.
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.

Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience creating customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and modern digital experiences.

Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.

exposure to Figma AI tools/AI tools
