Product Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team for a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will collaborate with a Digital Product Manager to enhance product journeys and customer experiences for a digital loyalty program. Your responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, gathering technical requirements, and working closely with scrum masters and technical team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, proven experience in a similar role, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Strong documentation writing and presentation skills
Digital product experience
B2C product experience
Experience with third party partners/vendors
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Retail loyalty programs/products experience
Professional experience at a bank or financial institution
