Overview
BMO is seeking a senior Portfolio Delivery Lead to drive the strategy, execution, and modernization of the Corporate Cards portfolio within Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS). This leader will oversee large-scale initiatives across commercial card products, card servicing, payments infrastructure, client experience, and operational efficiency while partnering closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Corporate Cards portfolio, managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
Drive modernization and transformation programs focused on commercial card products, servicing capabilities, digital experiences, and payment infrastructure.
Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Fraud, Operations, and Commercial Banking stakeholders to execute on strategic priorities.
Own portfolio governance, financial management, executive reporting, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps aligned to TPS and Commercial Banking objectives.
Lead large cross-functional teams consisting of Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology teams, vendors, and consultants.
Manage external vendor relationships, including card processors and payment partners such as TSYS and card network providers.
Drive process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives across the commercial card ecosystem.
Present program updates, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior executives and steering committees.
Support business case development, investment planning, prioritization, and portfolio governance activities.

7+ years within the Corporate Cards space within the Banks
7+years as a Portfolio/Delivery Lead Experience
