Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Project Control Officer (PCO) with our banking client in Toronto. The PCO is responsible for supporting multiple Project Managers in the planning, execution, governance, and financial tracking of large‑scale technology initiatives, including projects valued up to $10 million. The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to translate complex project data into clear, actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast‑moving, regulated environments and has hands‑on experience supporting IT projects in banking, and/or cybersecurity infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of Project Control Officer, Project Analyst, or project governance experience within large, complex enterprise environments.
Mandatory banking industry experience, including familiarity with regulated environments and financial services operations.
Experience supporting technology infrastructure projects
Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets up to $10M.
Advanced proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel advanced functions, Power BI, Clarity/PPCM or similar).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in fast‑paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with banking governance frameworks, audit processes, or technology standards.
Change management exposure or certification (e.g., PROSCI).
