Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional SME to support a on-going Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. This is an Application Managed Services (AMS) role, responsible for the ongoing functional support of Oracle HCM modules post‑implementation. The role is remote across Canada but the candidate must support CST time zone. The contract is an initial 6 months plus a possibility of extensions. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion in production environments, is comfortable working in ticket‑driven support models, and can partner with technical teams to resolve issues and deliver continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
-- 5+ years of Oracle experience, with 2+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud
-- Hands on experience with two or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules
-- Experience in managed services / AMS / support‑heavy environments
-- Comfortable working in client‑facing, operational support roles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-- Public sector experience (unionized or regulated environments an asset)
