Job Description

Insight Global seeks an Operations Associate to join one of Canada's largest banking institutions. The successful candidate will be on a team responsible for cross-border operations. This individual will manage a variety of account cues, ensuring that the relevant accounts are accurate and updated, and perform wire transfers. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, have strong multi-tasking abilities, and have excellent communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience

-Prior administrative or clerical experience within a financial institution or related field -Great communication skills, both verbal and written
-Beginner to Intermediate Excel skills
-Experience navigating multiple screens and platforms simultaneously
-Completed post-secondary Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Finance, E-commerce, or Administration of a related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience within a Wealth Operations or Investment organization would be a significant asset
-Experience handling more involved account changes (not just basic updates), especially:
- Power of Attorney (POA) processing
- Material Change forms
- Trading agent updates
- Ability to follow SOPs and manage queues where items can be more intricate and require careful review.
