Insight Global is seeking skilled .Net Developers for a global banking client based out of in Toronto, ON. This role is being added to support the migration from Windows 2012 to Windows 2022 across 10 banking applications. Candidates should have a strong background in .NET application development in a Windows .NET environment for SQL. Experience with web server configurations, connectivity (Connect Direct/NDM/SFTP), and Windows security is required. The role focuses on DevOps CI/CD, working closely across development, QA, and operations teams to work through releases and resolve any deployment issues. Responsibilities include building and maintaining APIs, configuring SQL and web servers, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using SQL and web-based solutions.
- Re-writing and developing new codes to configure application and set up in the new Window 2022 server environement.
- DevOps CI/CD: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and work through application releases.

- 10+ years of .NET development experience in a secure Windows environment, mainly within the banking/payments domain.
- Experience and knowledge of VB .NET Framework.
- 5+ years of DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL and web server configurations.
- API development skills.
- Experience with connectivity protocols (Connect Direct, NDM, SFTP).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and experience working in an Agile environment.
