Insight Global is looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join the development team of a leading North American bank. This is a highly technical position focused on designing, coding, and delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power suite. In this role, you will be part of the Automations Development Team, working on large-scale enterprise projects as well as smaller initiatives within a fast-paced banking environment. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams to build innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Microsoft Power technologies, strong development skills, and a collaborative mindset. We’re looking for a self-starter who is eager to grow both personally and professionally while contributing to impactful projects at one of the top financial institutions in North America.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years of overall development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Expertise in:
-- Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
-- Power Automate
-- Dataverse
-- Power FX and Power Query
- Strong experience with API integrations.
- Background in financial services / banking preferred; large enterprise experience is highly valued.
