Insight Global is looking for a self-starter to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing start-up division within one of Canadas largest retail organizations. As the Integrated Marketing Specialist, youll lead marketing and sales support for a dynamic portfolio focused on new media opportunities tied to retail merchandising strategies.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify retail strategies across pharmacy and grocery sectors using integrated media channels. This role blends strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and an understanding of retail consumer behavior to create and deliver compelling B2B marketing content and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities:
Build strategic sales packages, B2B marketing collateral, and promotional content aligned with overall marketing goals
Leverage data and insights from analytics, product, and media teams to craft persuasive sales narratives
Manage the development and launch of new media opportunities and tools, including internal training and external communication materials
Support the sales team by providing marketplace communications and addressing inquiries about product lines and media offerings
Prioritize and manage the production of sales materials and campaign launches to align with high-value opportunities
Guide creative development and collaborate with internal creative teams to produce sales and marketing assets
Maintain brand and narrative consistency across all marketing and sales channels
Draft and manage marketing communications across email, web, social media, and other external platforms

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:
5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in shopper marketing or media planning within a consumer marketing environment
Background in retail media, digital media, or supporting digital media sales teams
Advanced copywriting and visual design skills with the ability to develop polished marketing and sales materials
Strong experience with insight-based marketing strategies, B2B communications, and digital media planning
Proficient in PowerPoint and mainstream design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite)
Nice to haves:
Retail industry experience
Familiarity with ad technology, campaign planning, and digital media buying
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
Strong business acumen with the ability to assess and frame up market opportunities
