Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Manager to join a leading banking customer downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid role and requires 3-4x/week on site.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. This role is critical in executing go-to-market strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring flawless delivery of marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services or banking, with a strong understanding of numbers, compliance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support & Execution (35%)
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, each with numerous moving parts.
- Execute go-to-market plans for campaigns and offers, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate across teams to develop timelines and critical paths for successful execution.
Executional Marketing Tasks (30%)
- Support creative development and media execution.
- Ensure all deliverables are on brief and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive campaign execution.
Stakeholder Management (10%)
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies.
- Influence decisions and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates and manage workflows effectively.
Creative & Compliance (10%)
- Vet creative concepts against legal and compliance feedback.
- Build decks for presentations and campaign updates.
- Ensure French translations are completed accurately.
- Manage trafficking for approvals and maintain detailed status reports.
Reporting & Analysis (10%)
- Create and update monthly performance slides for leadership.
- Provide basic reporting on campaign results, KPIs, and budget utilization.
Budget Management (5%)
- Prepare and submit monthly budget control reports to Finance.
- Track marketing spend against allocated budgets and forecast incentive budgets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with numerous moving parts.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively, including monthly reporting and forecasting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and maintain alignment.
- Experience in banking or financial services (or supporting financial stakeholders)
- Numbers-driven and accountable for results, comfortable with reporting and performance analysis.
- High work ethic; thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and adapts to changing priorities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working at a Marketing agency
- Familiarity with online discount brokerage or self-directed investing
