Job Description

PCX ASSORTMENT STRATEGY
Responsible for using analytical tools and approaches to optimize assortment as it relates to PCX, MFC 3PL Channels.
Establish reporting and scorecards for internal/external stakeholders to monitor progress and recommends actions.
Ownership of the day-to-day assortment maintenance and contributes insight to assortment algo improvements. (Product channel, maintain the chat system on assortment issues, adding or removing)
Contribute & Raise any data science or product related gaps that increase product visibility on site.
Execute A/B testing strategy on PCX to support availability and algorithm optimization
Monitor performance and health of the MFC assortment on a weekly basis, provide insight & recommendations to Supply Chain team for DNO and new listings
Ownership of A/B testing strategy (with support from Sr Analyst) on PCX to support availability and algorithm optimization

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience as an Analyst within a large enterprise or retail organization
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data
• Experience running A/B tests to refine digital products and user experiences (e.g. homepage layouts, checkout flows, product recommendations)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience maintaining reporting dashboards and supporting assortment or inventory-based decision-making

Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to join a large digital retail team focused on product assortment strategy. This Analyst will be responsible for supporting optimization efforts across digital platforms by leveraging A/B testing, performance monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and has experience in digital product or retail environments.

The Analyst will support the strategy and performance of digital product assortment across fulfillment channels. This includes maintaining and improving reporting tools, executing A/B testing strategies, and identifying data gaps or opportunities for product visibility enhancements. The successful candidate will work closely with product, supply chain, and data science teams to make recommendations that improve digital product availability, customer experience, and overall platform performance.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
