The Quality Assurance Analyst will be an integral part of the quality assurance team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance. The primary responsibility will be testing applications, specifically ServiceNow, ensuring they meet all quality standards before deployment into production.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis to identify test case requirements.
Test Case Preparation:
Utilize ALM tools and collaborate with different teams for test case development.
Test Execution and Lifecycle:
Work closely with team members throughout the testing process.
Test Closure:
Compile test plans, results, and summaries to conclude testing phases.

Fundamental understanding of QA processes across different testing phases.
Proficiency in creating and managing test artifacts.
Experience with HPLM tool Jira/Confluence within Agile methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in collaborative work environments.
Experience with automation tools.
Familiarity with ServiceNow.
Prior experience within financial institutions (FI).
