Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Loan Administrator to join a leading financial institution in Toronto on a contract basis. This individual will be part of a high-performing team responsible for managing syndicated loan operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of notices, interest, and fees. The Loan Administrator will be responsible for receiving notices from clients, ingesting and reviewing the information, and generating outbound notices to syndicate members. This requires a strong understanding of loan agreements and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and has a strong background in finance and syndicated loans.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
-Post-secondary education in Finance, Commerce, Business, Accounting, or a related field
-Previous experience working with and understanding syndicated loans
-Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data manipulation
-Post-secondary education in Finance, Commerce, Business, Accounting, or a related field
-Proven ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
-Excellent client service experience and communication skills
-Able to work onsite in downtown Toronto 1x/week

-Previous experience working in a Canadian financial institution
