Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Lead Data Developer (Full Stack) to join a forward-thinking technology team at one of Canada's largest banking clients, driving innovation and modernization. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on development with strategic leadership to deliver cutting-edge solutions across multiple applications. The core project consolidates four legacy websites into a single, organized storefront. Additionally, it requires building a data warehouse to centralize investment product information and setting up APIs to distribute data to other applications and websites seamlessly.
Full Stack Development: Build and maintain applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL within Azure environments.
Cloud & Data Solutions: Implement and optimize Azure Data Factory, Data Pipelines, and Databricks for data processing and analytics.
Application Modernization: Contribute to modernization initiatives, DevOps adoption, and process automation.
Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience in Azure Cloud, full stack development, and data engineering.
-Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL Development in Azure Synapse.
-Experience implementing SSO & MFA setups.
-Solid understanding of SOLID design principles and code quality best practices.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
-Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.
