Job Description
Insight Global is looking a Senior Business Analyst (Lead BA) to spearhead a large-scale, multi-year initiative in commercial banking. This individual will lead business analysis across multiple integrated systems, including APMS and mainframe platforms, with a strong emphasis on data orchestration, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Entity & Systems Management
• Lead business analysis for entity management across multiple systems.
• Oversee reporting and dashboarding processes, including nightly batch updates into the staging database used by bankers for daily operations.
• Manage and coordinate workstreams across several applications.
• Write and manage test cases for system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and liaise with business users to validate functionality.
• Analyze data flows across applications and support reporting needs.
Mainframe Integration
• Lead the integration of real-time data updates between application and mainframe systems.
• Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle: BRD creation, system integration testing (SIT), and stakeholder communication.
• Liaise with developers and other BAs to ensure seamless orchestration and data flow.
• Ensure accurate data retrieval and updates across systems.
Commercial Banking Domain
• Document and analyze processes related to loan origination, adjudication, and commercial lending solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and validate solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10–12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven leadership in managing large-scale initiatives.
• Commercial banking experience is a must.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, testing, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience writing test cases and participating in SIT testing.
• Strong documentation skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Python and Excel
• Familiarity with Java front-end technologies.
