Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Analyst (BA) to join our Capital Markets Technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to intermediate-level BA to work on high-impact initiatives supporting Collateral and Funding Management and Source and Uses Allocations within a dynamic Capital Markets environment.
You will collaborate closely with the Central Funding Desk and other cross-asset teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support the delivery of technology solutions that optimize funding and collateral usage.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for Capital Markets initiatives
Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools to support decision-making and project delivery
Support the development and enhancement of reporting dashboards using Databricks, Plotly, and Power BI
Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented
Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, process flows, and user guides
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive solutions forward
Contribute to long-term strategic thinking and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
Solid understanding of Equities and Fixed Income products
Experience with Trade Lifecycle
Familiarity with Collateral and Inventory Management, Margins (IM/VM), and Triparty processes
Proficiency in SQL and Excel (including Pivot Tables)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Source and Uses Allocations, Fund Transfer Pricing, or Internalization/Internal Allocations
Familiarity with cross-asset collateral platforms
Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term solutions over quick fixes
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Exposure to Databricks and data analysis tools
Experience with dashboarding tools such as Plotly or Power BI
