Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Jr PCO to support the administrative and documentation aspects of release management within a process‑heavy environment aligned to banking enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and prepare required documentation for all upcoming releases in line with processes
- Ensure change tickets are created, complete, and contain correct and approved verbiage
Work across enterprise tools including:
ServiceNow – change tickets
Jira and Confluence – tracking and collaboration
Word documents – primary format for release documentation

Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years in a relevant role or environment
Strong documentation skills (preparing, reviewing, and maintaining release/change documentation)
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow change tickets
Familiarity working in process‑heavy, governed environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with ECM (Engineering Change Management) or similar structured change frameworks
Familiarity with CAB (Change Advisory Board) processes
Exposure to CIBC or other large financial institution release/governance models
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Experience supporting or partnering closely with Release Managers
