IT Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and coordination of complex technology initiatives supporting Capital Markets Financial Resource Management and Global Markets Financing. This role is responsible for ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business needs through strong stakeholder management, risk management, Agile delivery practices, and end‑to‑end project execution.

Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence five times per month (once per week, plus the last Friday of each month). The role sits within a Global Markets Group shared services PMO and supports a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including business deliverables, application and tool upgrades, and infrastructure projects.

The Project Manager will oversee 3–4 small to large initiatives concurrently, making strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities essential. Project domains may include funding technology, collateral and liquidity platforms, and source and user allocation systems.

- 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including application, infrastructure, and business deliverable projects
- Advanced Excel proficiency, with preference for advanced formulas such as VBA and macros to automate PM tasks
- Strong experience with project management and issue management tools, including Microsoft Project, Planview, and ServiceNow, as well as project financial management
- Jira expert
- Agile delivery experience (team operates in a hybrid model and is transitioning further toward Agile)
- Experience forecasting and presenting to stakeholders, including use of PowerPoint and data visualization or automation tools such as Power BI or Tableau

- Cloud infrastructure experience (e.g., Azure)
- Enterprise data engineering or architecture project experience (e.g., Databricks)
- - Experience working within banks, capital markets, or global markets environments
- SQL and/or scripting language experience
- Knowledge of Resource Management and Asset Financing, including:
-Inventory Management
-Collateral & Inventory Optimization
-XVAs
-Repo trading
