Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Mainframe Engineering Team on multiple small-scale projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment where solutions are provided but execution requires navigating ambiguity.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Manage 3 concurrent projects starting in January (each approx. $500K, ~6 days of effort).
• Support mainframe team delivering infrastructure solutions through full lifecycle into production.
• Work with application users and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and present executive-level decks and status updates.
• Maintain governance, documentation, meeting minutes, and RAIL logs.
• Coordinate change management activities (ServiceNow experience is a plus).
Adapt to both Agile (JIRA) and Waterfall (MS Project/Excel) methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience
• Intermediate to senior-level PM experience.
• Strong communication skills (clear, concise, executive-ready).
• Ability to prioritize and act with urgency.
• Experience with financial tracking, governance, and documentation.
• Familiarity with technology and infrastructure projects.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments (“grey space”).
• ServiceNow experience (creating change tickets).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP or Prince2 certification (not required).
