The IAM Onboarding Specialist will be a key member of the Identity and Access Management team responsible for onboarding applications into the enterprise IAM ecosystem. This includes collaborating with application teams, generating onboarding documentation, and integrating with IAM platforms such as SailPoint IIQ. The role requires a strong grasp of access lifecycle management, authentication standards, and privileged access use cases. The specialist will also be responsible for validating IAM controls, supporting operational tasks, and ensuring secure and compliant access to enterprise systems

Hands-on experience onboarding applications to IAM platforms such as SailPoint IIQ, including workbook generation, requirements gathering, and integration with authoritative sources
Strong understanding of access management processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle, entitlement modeling, and certification/attestation workflows
Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and use cases
Experience performing IAM operational tasks such as monitoring detective controls, managing feed file issues, and handling escalations
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with technical and business stakeholders
RBC or banking experience
