Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IAM Analyst to support identity and access management initiatives. This role will focus on reviewing and managing Identity Admin accounts, including investigating accounts that may have been re-enabled after previously being disabled.
The analyst will also support mailbox-related activities and ensure proper access governance across the organization. This includes making sure that individuals who require access have it appropriately provisioned, while ensuring that those who should not have access are removed in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) analysis within a large enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, including user account management, group administration, and access provisioning/deprovisioning
- Strong understanding of access controls, user entitlements, and lifecycle management across systems and applications
- Experience working with ServiceNow for ticketing, request management, and workflow tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and auditing of access records
- 10/10 communication skills
- Must be able to go on-site downtown Toronto 2x days per week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) for identity governance, access reviews, and automation of IAM processes
