Hybrid BA/PM

Insight Global is seeking a Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to support a large-scale Risk Modernization Program within a leading capital markets organization. This role is a true blend of business analysis and delivery ownership. In the early phases, the consultant will lead requirements gathering, current vs. future state analysis, and stakeholder working sessions to define scope and operating models. As the program progresses, the focus will shift toward execution, driving delivery, supporting implementation, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. This is a Toronto-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (2–3 days onsite) and strong potential for long-term extension given the multi-year roadmap.

~5–8 years of proven experience operating in a hybrid BA/PM role, with the ability to:
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis in early phases
• Transition into execution and delivery support once scope is defined
Strong Business Analysis foundation, including:
• Current vs. future state analysis
• Operating model documentation
• Stakeholder working sessions
Capital Markets experience (non-negotiable) with strong Market Risk exposure
Experience across multiple asset classes, including FX, commodities, equities, and rates (flow + structured), with exposure to treasury services
Hands-on, execution-focused (not purely governance or oversight)
