Insight Global is seeking a dedicated HR Project Specialist/Advisor to join a lead human capital management client on a 12-month contract in Toronto.
As an HR Coordinator, you'll manage key HR processes related to employee lifecycle events, such as transfers, promotions, relocations, retirements, leaves, and accommodations. You'll work with Corporate, Employment Law, and HR Business Partners to ensure compliance, leading projects and programs like Health & Safety to mitigate risks. You'll use templates, tools, and metrics to manage and report on compliance. Your analytical skills will help you leverage data from multiple sources to uncover insights related to HR programs and operations, such as exit interviews and culture surveys. Additionally, you'll collaborate with business teams and HR peers to drive continuous improvement in HR practices and processes, ensuring seamless HR delivery to internal clients.

-3+ years of HR Generalist experience within a mid to large global organization
-Clear communication and ability to present information effectively, considering the specific needs and perspectives of audience
-Ability to work autonomously, think critically, and foster strong cross-functional relationships
-HR Designation/Certification; College or University -Degree in Human Resources/Business
-Bilingual in English and French-Canadian
-Digital fluency: ability to grasp and understand technological tools and concepts, social media savvy, and intermediate knowledge of Excel
-Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency
