Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Go Developer for a technology client in a fully remote, full-time role. In this position, you will contribute to the design and development of a new AI-driven document management platform. Your work will involve building features using Go, and contributing to front end development using React. The team is working to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for advanced document analysis and data processing. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to craft innovative legal service solutions, leveraging technology and process automation to improve efficiency and quality. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for redesigning and automating legal work and thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years with Go
- React experience
- Exposure to LLMs and ability to integrate them
- Strong understanding of different testing models
- Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- Proven experience in software development with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance services and APIs
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and experience working with distributed teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prompt engineering experience
- AI/LLM projects (personal or professional)
- Mentorship experience
- Strong React experience
- Experience working within a professional services environment
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks or other AI-driven features in production environments
- Strong track record of mentoring others in software development, especially within an Agile framework
- Ability to serve as a technical stakeholder across multiple projects and resolve major technical obstacles
