Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build cutting-edge real-time transcription and summarization tools powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). These tools are used in branch environments and must handle a variety of conversation formats (e.g., phone, Webex), presenting unique and complex technical challenges.
This role will focus on developing scalable, high-performance applications that process and summarize real-time communication data across multiple platforms.
Design and develop real-time transcription and summarization systems leveraging LLM technologies
Build and maintain full stack applications that handle diverse conversation formats (voice, web conferencing, etc.)
Implement and manage WebSocket-based communication for real-time data processing
Develop desktop applications using ElectronJS by packaging web applications into cross-platform solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges related to inconsistent conversation patterns and audio inputs
Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and user experience of transcription tools
Leverage modern development tools and coding assistants to accelerate development workflows

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
Backend development experience using Node.js, with frameworks such as Express or Koa
Hands-on experience with ElectronJS for building desktop applications
Solid understanding of real-time systems, particularly working with WebSockets
Experience developing or integrating transcription-based applications or real-time data streaming solutions
Highly comfortable using modern coding tools and development assistants to improve productivity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Flutter for mobile and web application development
Familiarity with Dart programming language
Exposure to AI/LLM-powered applications or natural language processing workflows
