The full‑stack developer will help build the core user‑facing and backend systems powering an AI‑driven health information chatbot used across Canada. This role blends modern frontend development with robust backend engineering to deliver a secure, scalable, and intuitive experience for millions of users seeking trustworthy health guidance.

Required Skills & Experience

Responsibilities
Develop responsive, accessible, and high‑performance web interfaces using Next.js

Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Nest.js and FastAPI

Integrate AI/ML services and data pipelines into the application

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI engineers to deliver new features

Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data‑handling practices

Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning

Qualifications
Strong experience with Next.js, React, and modern frontend tooling

Proficiency in Nest.js, Node.js, and Python‑based APIs (FastAPI)

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud environments

Experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and DevOps workflows

Familiarity with healthcare, privacy, or regulated environments is an asset
