Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled English-to-French Translator to join a large banking client on a 6 month contract based in Toronto. These materials are key resources used by various teams, particularly tellers, and play a critical role in daily operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced, detail-oriented, French speaking translator who is comfortable working with computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Translator, with a focus on English-to-French translations.
- Proficiency in a computer-assisted translation (CAT) tool, with a preference for memoQ.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Translation or 10+ years of experience with reputable organizations
- Tech savvy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong communication experience and go-getter mentality
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with HTML Scripting for HTML documents
- Previous banking experience
- Translation certifications
