Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is to support one of our largest banking clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives simultaneously.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients at all levels, from junior staff to C-suite executives.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
Represent the bank in a professional manner both internally and externally.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Strong financial background.
Proven experience supporting multiple executives at once.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to C-suite executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
