Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join a leading FinTech organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a project-based environment, enjoys solving complex automation challenges, and is passionate about secure and efficient release workflows.

Day-to-Day:

- Receive specific project-based tasks, such as analyzing and converting scripts.
- Participate in walkthroughs with team members to understand task requirements.
- Deliver targeted automation solutions based on assigned objectives.
- Work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Ansible and Python to automate daily or weekly release tasks, need to convert existing scripts to harness
• Experience with CI/CD platforms like Harness or TeamCity to design, implement, and maintain sign-off QA builds and deployment pipelines
• Linux skills to manage environments, scripting, and troubleshoot OS-level issues
• Basic knowledge of Java applications to understand build, deployment, and runtime behaviors, so CW can troubleshoot some java error
• Competency in SSL certificate management, PGP key handling, and automation of certification processes to ensure secure release workflows
• Working knowledge of Github and build tools like, Maven or Gradle, tools that we are using in the lower environments
