Job Description

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a leading Financial Services company to specialize in platform enablement with a strong operational and support bent. The role involves managing infrastructure support, patch cycles, and enabling product teams through day-to-day ticket handling. You will work in a regulated financial environment, helping operations run smoothly and enabling the broader team to adopt cloud capabilities effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years in DevOps or platform enablement roles, including supporting operational activities
• Strong Azure cloud experience (AKS, ACR, AVD, application services) with some AWS knowledge
• Proficient with Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure as code management
• Experienced in GitHub operations and GitHub Actions for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with patch management, administration, and supporting enterprise infrastructure
• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as PCI and data classifications
• Comfortable working through tickets, collaborating closely with product and business teams
• Ability to proactively resolve blockers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Intermediate Kubernetes understanding, able to support movement towards deeper Kubernetes enablement
• Exposure to observability tooling, FinOps, or other cloud enterprise systems
Knowledge of SRE concepts, with interest to evolve towards this discipline
