Insight Global is looking for a Data Security Consultant for a large financial services client in Toronto. This role requires 5 days a month on-site. This individual should have experience implementing best practices within Data Security, Data Discovery, and Data Protection.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working within Information Security at large enterprises
- Recent work experience focus within Data Security
- Experience implemented data security practices and Microsoft Purview to an enterprise with at least 25,000 endpoints
- Experience deploying a VM scanner for offbrand office files (Ex.CSV). The scanner should be able to scan sensitive data, and encrypt that sensitive data
- Very strong experience with data discovery, data protection, and data classification
- Experience implementing sensitivity labels within Microsoft Purview
- Experience implementing Microsoft Purview in a large enterprise environment
- Experience understanding change management, risks, and challenges of adopting Purview and sensitivity labels in an enterprise
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a large Canadian bank
- Experience with Data Discovery tools such as Varonis and BigID
