Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join a top bank in downtown Toronto for a 12-month contract with the strong likelihood of extensions or conversion to full-time. This individual will support with Financial Data Governance including data analysis and mapping for master data. Proficiency with SQL and Excel is essential for success in the role. The individual needs to be a quick learner, self-starter, and can work independently. Proven ability to work cross collaboratively is a must have.

- 2+ years of experience in business/data analytics, such as performing reconciliation activities, data governance, and data quality.
- Proficient with SQL.
- Previous experience in a large financial institution.
- University degree in a related field.
- Experience with master data and/or data governance is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI is an asset.
- Experience with Python is an asset.
