Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two Data Business Analysts to join a large banking client on a 12 month contract based in downtown Toronto going into office 3 days/week + every first Friday of the month. The successful candidate will join the financial reporting team supporting a contact center project and be responsible for gathering requirements and analyzing data. Previous experience working in large enterprise environment on contact center projects, and expertise with complex SQL queries is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years experience working as a Business Data Analyst within large enterprise environments
- 3-5 years experience with contact centre projects and operations either on-prem or cloud.
- 3-5 yrs experience with SQL queries in the 100s of million of rows and expertise writing complex SQL queries, joining tables, etc.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business terminology
- Excellent communicator, team player, motivated, ability to work independently and strong attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years experience with Alteryx for data preparation
- Experience developing visualization dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI
