Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Data Analyst to support our Capital Markets Fixed Income team, with a strong focus on back-office and operational data. This is a new role supporting both businesss as usual data related tasks and a strategic initiative to migrate enterprise data to Databricks and improve data transparency, controls, and regulatory reporting. This role is domain-heavy and ideal for someone who deeply understands capital markets business domains and can translate business processes into data requirements and insights. While technical skills are required, business and market knowledge is the priority.

Required Skills & Experience

Business & Domain Expertise (Primary)
Strong Capital Markets experience, with emphasis on Fixed Income and exposure to FX, Swaps, and Commodities
Solid understanding of back-office functions, including Settlements, Operations, Regulatory reporting, and Finance
Proven ability to partner effectively with business, operations, and technology teams

Technical Skills
Strong SQL for data querying and validation; working knowledge of Python
Experience with ETL / data pipelines and large datasets
Databricks experience or exposure preferred

Databricks ingestion/migrations
