Insight Global is seeking detail-oriented Data Analysts to support a national personal lending team within a large financial services organization. This role exists to support a specific personal lending function, including underwriting oversight, policy, process governance, and operational execution. This role is highly operational, data-driven, and process-focused, providing direct support to a senior team member on time-sensitive, high-volume tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in structured environments, follows rules precisely, and values quality and efficiency over interpretation or ambiguity. This is a behind-the-scenes operational role with no client or line-of-business interaction. This is a remote role for a 6 month contract with potential extensions.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and action data based on very specific, black-and-white rules
- Capture and input data into predefined Excel templates and internal business systems
- Support oversight and accountability by reviewing information and actioning items as quickly as possible
- Process returning payments on client accounts following strict procedural guidelines
- Execute operational decisions using a “green button / red button” approach (minimal interpretation required)
- Handle manual, data-heavy work with fluctuating volumes depending on the day
- Ensure all assigned work is completed by time zone requirements based on the national, multi-time-zone team
- Potential to participate in QA activities related to an upcoming technical fix once implemented

- Ability to follow strict compliance, documentation, and rule-based processes
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet time sensitive daily deadlines
