Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support our innovative Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives within a leading financial institution. This role is ideal for someone early in their data career who has a strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and data quality, and is eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Junior Data Analyst on the GenAI team, you will work closely with data engineers and AI researchers to assist in validating and interpreting data outputs, helping ensure the accuracy and usefulness of insights generated by advanced AI systems. Your responsibilities will include supporting the design and execution of data validation tasks, conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies, and creating dashboards and reports using Tableau to present findings to internal stakeholders.
You will also assist in writing and refining SQL queries for data extraction and validation, and use tools like Python and Snowflake under guidance to manipulate and analyze datasets. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus, but not required.

We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment opportunities without regard to race, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, citizenship status, disability, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to Human Resources Request Form.
