Insight Global is seeking a creative, hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to join a high-growth team in the creative technology space. This role blends copywriting, visual content creation, video editing, and sales enablement support to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Youll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to produce impactful content across formats and channelsblogs, case studies, social platforms, and sales collateral.
In this role, youll be responsible for writing and editing engaging content, scripting and editing short-form video for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts, and designing visually compelling materials using tools like Keynote, InDesign, Figma, and Canva. Youll also support pitch deck and RFP development, manage content calendars, track performance metrics, and contribute to campaign execution and strategy. This is a highly collaborative role where hands-on execution, creativity, and storytelling are key.
Youll be working onsite 5 days a week in downtown Toronto as part of a fast-paced, energetic, and creatively driven team.

3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role
Strong writing and editing skills for blogs, newsletters, case studies, social media, and strategic documents
Ability to design and assemble content using tools like InDesign, Figma, Canva, or Keynote
Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut)
Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Experience developing and executing content plans across multiple platforms
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with sales, creative, and marketing teams
Strong organizational and project management skills
Onsite availability in downtown Toronto, Monday through Friday
Experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush
Background in graphic design or previous experience supporting PR and conference materials
