Insight Global is seeking a creative and hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to support a dynamic team for one of our top clients in the creative technology space. This person will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing collateral, including newsletters, pitch decks, RFP responses, short-form blog content, and case studies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all content is aligned with brand tone, visually engaging, and strategically effective.
This is a content-meets-design role perfect for someone who enjoys telling a story across multiple formats and platforms. You will be working with tools like InDesign, Figma, and Keynote to design and publish materials, while also contributing to campaign scheduling, PR efforts, and content for social platforms like LinkedIn and the company blog.
This position is 5 days a week onsite in downtown Toronto. Youll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and creatively driven team environment where hands-on execution is key.

3+ years of experience in a content marketing or similar role
Strong writing skills for newsletters, blog posts, pitch decks, and RFP responses
Ability to visually assemble content using design tools (e.g., InDesign, Figma, Keynote)
Experience with layout and formatting for marketing collateral
Demonstrated ability to take abstract ideas and turn them into clear, engaging content
Experience scheduling and managing multi-channel content (blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.)
Onsite availability in downtown Toronto, Monday through Friday
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
Basic video editing skills for short-form video content or webinar editing
