Content Designer

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Content Designer to join the Content team at a leading bank in Downtown Toronto. This individual will play a crucial role in driving traffic and engagement through innovative website campaigns. They will work closely with stakeholders in marketing, product design, product content, product research, and SEO teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, they will lead content creation for marketing projects from ideation to execution and ensure all content clearly communicates brand messaging, product value propositions, and key selling points.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with designers to develop user flows and ensure cohesive content design.
• Create content to align with marketing goals.
• Conduct content audits to establish and maintain the tone of voice across marketing, editorial, and product content.
• Work closely with UX teams to understand user responses and improve content based on user testing and heat mapping data.
• Present content strategies and updates in meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage content components within CMS, working alongside digital designers and UX teams.

• 5+ years of experience in content design, with a strong background in marketing (website, blogs, campaigns) and UX Writing.
• Experience working in banking or agency environment.
• Confluence, Figma, and Word.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

• Familiarity with user testing and the ability to conduct key map testing on content.
• Proficiency in SEO and writing content that aligns with SEO strategies.
• UX certification.
