You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft clear, concise, and human-centered content that supports user needs and aligns with business goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX/UI designers, researchers, developers, and fellow content designers to co-create intuitive and inclusive digital experiences.
Write and edit user interface (UI) content such as microcopy, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, and transactional messages that guide users through complex financial tasks with clarity and confidence.
Develop and maintain content standards, voice and tone guidelines, and content patterns to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Participate in design sprints and workshops, contributing content expertise to wireframes, prototypes, and user flows from early ideation through to final implementation.
Conduct content audits and usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of existing content and identify opportunities for improvement.
Advocate for the user by ensuring content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with WCAG and AODA standards.
Translate complex financial and technical concepts into plain language that is easy to understand and act upon for a diverse Canadian audience.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic content initiatives.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all content meets regulatory and brand requirements without compromising user experience.
Leverage data and user research to inform content decisions, iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.
Contribute to the evolution of the content design practice, sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and helping to build a strong content community within the organization.
Use content management systems (CMS) and design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to deliver content directly within design files and prototypes.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX writing, content design, and digital banking.
