Job Description

Summary:
The main function of the construction contracts administrator is to support the contract manager/contract lead with administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:
Managing compass change events & co-ordination with stakeholders.
Assist in change evaluation, documentation and filing.
Supporting Metro operations of Contracts team.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of experience in a Contracts Admin or management role
Excellent administration skills .
Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
Excel, Commercial platform(s) and Dashboard creations skills.
Knowledge of construction contracts
Knowledge of process streamlining/improvement beneficial.
Experience with Compass, Ariba, Icertis, MS Teams, & Excel
