Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Community Manager to support the Marketing team at a large financial institution!
This role is responsible for managing and growing Simplii’s social media presence by posting content, engaging with audiences, and fostering a strong online community. The ideal candidate is creative, highly communicative, and passionate about building meaningful connections across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Publish and schedule content across social media channels aligned with brand voice
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely, professional manner
- Drive community engagement by initiating conversations and encouraging participation
- Support community growth through user-generated content, campaigns, and online initiatives
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content and outreach strategies
- Write compelling, platform-specific copy for posts and interactions

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in community management or social media
- Proven experience building and engaging online communities
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience across platforms (YouTube, Google/Meta, TikTok, Instagram)
- Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite and Sprinklr
- Ability to analyze engagement data and adjust strategies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Agency experience
- Bilingual (French) and/or understanding of the Quebec market
- Marketing portfolio
- Banking or financial services experience
