Job Description

The Manager, ITS - Cloud (temporary) position is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing the cloud infrastructure and operations for Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role encompasses the management of existing cloud team resources as well as the continuous improvement of cloud services. Below are the key services provided by the Cloud Manager:

Managing and optimizing cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP to ensure high performance and reliability.
Monitoring cloud infrastructure to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
3. Security and Compliance

Cloud Security Governance

Implementing and enforcing security policies and practices to protect cloud assets and data.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements across all cloud platforms.
4. Cost Management

Budget Optimization

Monitoring cloud spending and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising performance.
Optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment for cloud services.
5. Continuous Improvement

Innovation and Efficiency

Exploring and integrating new tools and technologies to enhance cloud operations and infrastructure management.
Developing and implementing best practices and automation frameworks to streamline cloud processes.
6. Collaboration and Communication

Stakeholder Engagement

Working closely with other departments to understand their cloud needs and provide tailored solutions.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about cloud operations and improvements.
These services ensure that the cloud infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficient, supporting the organization's strategic objectives and providing reliable and scalable cloud solutions.
