Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Secretary to provide critical administrative support to the Geriatric Mental Health Outpatient Services team at CAMH, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic and supporting a large group of physicians and clinicians. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, processing health records, preparing correspondence and documentation, taking meeting minutes, maintaining office supplies, and handling document management tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and faxing. The role also serves as a key point of contact for patients, families, community partners, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and coordinating communication across departments. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years administrative/secretarial experience in healthcare supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Post-secondary education. Medical Office Administration training preferred.
Strong administrative coordination skills, including appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, document preparation, minute-taking, record management, and correspondence.
Experience with electronic health records and medical scheduling systems, particularly I-CARE (PowerChart and Scheduling).
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to professionally interact with patients, families, physicians, clinicians, and community partners while maintaining tact, discretion, and confidentiality.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Medical Office Administration Certificate.
Experience working in a mental health or outpatient clinic environment.
Bilingualism (English/French) or fluency in another language.
Experience supporting large multidisciplinary teams and working with diverse patient populations.
Strong ability to work independently under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and provide administrative coverage across teams when required.
