Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Client Services Specialist for a top financial services client. This candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support across phone, email, and in-person interactions. They will troubleshoot issues, assist with account-related needs, and provide guidance on financial products and services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and compliance.
Day-to-Day:
Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and queries on first contact while building strong relationships
Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and in-branch support
Identify customer financial needs and guide them to appropriate resources or channels
Meet KPIs related to call quality, productivity, and response times
Stay up to date on products and services offered
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and procedures
Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
1+ year experience in financial services (branch exposure preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Experience building and maintaining client relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
Experience with banking systems (e.g., DNA)
Prior branch or in-person banking experience
Proven track record in financial services customer support environments
