Job Description

Insight Global is supporting a leading firm in commercial real estate services, providing comprehensive property assessments and financial planning solutions. We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join the team and contribute to the mission of delivering high-quality, reliable assessments and studies for our clients. This role is hybrid, 1x/week in DT Toronto, and includes travel across Canada. This role requires a valid Canadian drivers license, as well as a vehicle.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
- Perform Reserve Fund Studies
- Report preparation (Property Condition Reports - PCRs)

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience as an engineer, conducting PCAs, Reserve Fund Studies and PCRs
- Working at Heights Certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- P.Eng
- Experience in engineering design for buildings, or other commercial real estate
