Lead the Project work related to a significant, large scale Change Program with a Major FI

Required Skills & Experience

1. 10+ years of proven experience with project implementation and change management.
2. Experience in strategizing, architecting and implementing initiatives in a large organization, with progressive levels of responsibility
3. Prosci certified or other change management certifications with strong preference for individuals with demonstrated successes in leading the Change Management workstream in support of large scale transformation programs
4. Experience with and capable of the ability to navigate complexity and fluidity with project scope and very high execution in partnership with other stakeholders and partners

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Human Resources and/or knowledge of Financial Services as an industry
