Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong content creation skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for financial services—particularly in the credit card and loyalty space.

Required Skills & Experience

Marketing & Project Management
Write clear, concise marketing briefs and campaign content.
Review and refine messaging for clarity and impact.
Manage multiple marketing projects and timelines simultaneously.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute campaigns.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effectively convey ideas across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Maintain professionalism and clarity in client-facing interactions.
Track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Show adaptability, initiative, and openness to feedback.
Demonstrate long-term potential and a growth mindset rooted in core marketing principles.
QA/ testing management of campaigns

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Agency experience: Proven ability to manage client relationships and write marketing briefs for diverse stakeholders.
Financial services knowledge: Familiarity with the credit card landscape, including offers, providers, and loyalty programs.
Passion for the loyalty space and understanding of consumer behavior in financial products.
