Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support the Branch Server Virtualization initiative within PNBB Technology, focused on migrating on‑premise branch infrastructure to the cloud. This role is part of a delivery pod responsible for migrating three core databases, working closely with application development teams across .NET, API, and Angular technologies.
The individual will collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams, partnering with developers, infrastructure, and platform stakeholders to ensure cloud migrations are executed securely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to business operations. This role plays a key part in modernizing branch technology by enabling scalable, cloud‑based solutions aligned with the enterprise technology strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience supporting or delivering cloud migration initiatives, particularly involving on‑premise server or database environments
Strong understanding of application‑infrastructure dependencies in enterprise environments
Hands‑on experience or close collaboration with development teams using .NET frameworks, APIs, and Angular
Knowledge of database migration concepts, including data integrity, performance, and cutover planning
Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models
Ability to collaborate effectively within onshore/offshore delivery teams
Strong communication skills to coordinate across developers, platform teams, and technical stakeholders
Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments, preferably financial services
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
Familiarity with banking or branch-based technologies, particularly retail or personal banking systems
Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud automation
Knowledge of security, compliance, and risk considerations in cloud migrations
Experience working with PNBB, retail banking, or customer-facing platforms
Prior experience supporting database modernization or legacy system transformation initiatives
